Chakra 6 Ajna
Ajna: the sixth chakra, represents space, light, intuition, and clear seeing. The rainbow arc starts pointing downward once again, leaving the wild realms and gently turning to a quiet, soft, delicate time of the class. Slow chanting is lovely here, or playing songs you love that are spirit-filled. This is a time to bring more obvious moving yoga back into the mix. Remember “Moving Metta?” Looking at one another in the circle and silently sending moving well-wishes to everyone: “May you be happy as I wish to be happy.”
