Chakra 7 Sahasrara
Sahasrara: Crown Center, Yoga and Union. Sahasrara the seventh chakra represents thought and wisdom. This is the time for well deserved deep relaxation and meditation. The body’s energy Has continued to rise up through the chakras until the energy touches the crown, and slowly starts to spiral back down again. All that wonderful brain, body, heart, soul health of the previous chakras provide us with the opportunity, not only to rest, but to be in stillness.
This is so needed in our fast-paced, breathless, stressed culture. Here we come home. Here we use the quietest music possible, including the option for silence, or chimes, singing bowls. Todd Norian, “Bija.” Jonathan Foust, “A Touch of Grace.” We return to the silence of the soul. All is well: Todo Esta Bien.
